Ayo has over 23 years of experience in Trading, Corporate & Investment Banking, Pension Fund Management and Financial Market Consulting in various organisations, including Access Bank PLC and Chapel Hill Denham Group.

Prior to setting up 213 Capital, an African focused investment and risk advisory firm, he ran the FDHL Consulting business with a focus on consulting and training in the financial markets and risk management space.

He carved a niche for himself as a critical risk management and investment adviser in the financial market.

Mr. Onawunmi holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the prestigious London Business School, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor’s degree in Basic Medical Sciences from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

Adeola is a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience in Business Consulting, Strategy, Sales and Marketing.

He is currently the Managing Director of Cinalt Resources Limited, a Nigerian representative of Macdermid Offshore Services Limited, United Kingdom. He is also a Director of Prime Atlantic Global Engineering Services and sits on Boards of various companies.

He graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and has several diplomas from various international universities and training institutes in Leadership, Strategy Formation & Implementation, Negotiation and People Management.

Mr Adeyanju is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Director of Nigeria.

Omololu has BSc. Civil Engineering and an MBA in Strategic Management. He also attended the Lagos Business School where he graduated with a degree in Owner-Management Programme (OMP1). He has attended various management seminars from the Lagos Business School and IESE Barcelona, Spain.

In 2001, he established HomePro Limited and Integrity Construct Limited and has developed  vast knowledge in Project Management and Planning,  Construction, Contract Negotiation and Business Strategy.

With over 20 years of experience, he is currently the Managing Director of First Wealthlands Limited, the construction company behind Wealthlands Green Estate, Ibeju Lekki.

Olanipekun is a consummate professional with over 20 years’ cognate experience covering Financial, Budgeting and Control, Strategy and Corporate Governance.

He started his banking career with First Bank of Nigeria (FBN) and thereafter he joined Ecobank Nigeria wherein he worked in various capacities in Banking Operations, Financial Control, Performance Management, Card Business and Corporate Tax. He rose through the ranks in Ecobank Nigeria and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2011.  He served in this capacity until he left Ecobank Nigeria in 2017.

His first degree in Economics (BSc) was from Ogun State University, Nigeria where he graduated with First Class. He proceeded to University of Lagos, Nigeria for his second degree MSc, Economics and earned a third degree MBA, Finance (Distinction) from the same University.

He is currently the Managing Director of Layipo Farms  Limited.

Omolara is a finance professional with over 18 years of varied experience in Financial Strategy, Private Equity, Investor Relations, Financial Reporting & Management, Treasury Management, Project Management, Audit, and Consulting. She is an adept professional with a strong track record of execution and delivery.

Omolara started her career with KPMG Professional Services as an audit consultant where she led the audit of several banks, asset management companies and pension funds. Prior to joining Adino, Omolara was Chief Finance Officer at Arnergy Solar Limited, a renewable energy company backed by foreign and local institutional investors, where she led the financial strategy of the business and successfully helped the business raise debt capital.

Omolara also served at different times as a Project Manager, a Financial Controller, and subsequently, a Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Fundraising at African Capital Alliance (ACA),

Omolara holds a Global Executive MBA from the IE Business School, Madrid. She also has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria and she is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

Tolulope is a seasoned professional, with over two decades of experience in the banking sector.

She started her Banking Career at the United Bank for Africa PLC and joined FBN Merchant Bank (formerly Kakawa Discount House) in 2003, where she rose to become the Chief Dealer before joining FSDH Merchant Bank as Treasurer in 2016, where she spent 6years.

An active participant in financial market related activities, she is a former Chairperson of the Money Market workgroup of the Financial Markets Dealers Association (FMDA) and a former member of the Governing council of FMDA. She also served on arbitration panels for the bond workgroup during her time on the board of FMDA.

She has a Master’s in Finance and Management from Cranfield University, United Kingdom and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. She is an alumna of the Lagos Business School and has attended Executive Management and Treasury Management courses.

She is also a Non-Executive Director of Tubulars Finishing Nigeria Limited (An Associate Company of Tenaris Nigeria Limited).

Olabimpe has over 20 years of work experience. She started her career with Guaranty Trust Bank PLC, Nigeria where in various capacities gaining invaluable experience in Business Development, Banking Operations, Financial Advisory, Credit and Risk Management, as well as Investment Management. She later joined Financial Datanet House Limited (FDHL),a financial market and risk management consulting firm as Head, Corporates & Public Sector where she was instrumental to the expansion into the non-financial markets.

Olabimpe’s experience working across start-up through medium to large sized organizations has prepared her for the current role as Managing Director of Adino Capital Limited.

She holds a B.Sc. in Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Nigeria. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Member of the Chartered institute of Directors. She has an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Certificate from the prestigious Stanford University, USA.

Olusegun is currently the Executive Director, Operations & Risk Management with over 20 years of banking experience which spans across Corporate Banking, Project Monitoring, Risk Management and Operations.

Prior to Adino, he joined Nova Merchant Bank Limited as the pioneer Chief Credit Officer in December 2018, where he devised a creative approach towards appraising and managing credit risks differently from the conventional way. He was responsible for the creation and management of risk assets from about N2.8billion FYE 2018 to over N90.1billion FYE 2021 with zero non-performing loans.

He also was a Senior Credit Analyst for Global Corporates with Ecobank Nigeria Limited with an oversight responsibility for the credit quality of risk assets worth US$2.5billion covering multinational companies, high local corporates, regional corporates, financial institutions, and international organizations spread across over 33 countries. Earlier to joining Ecobank in 2013, he worked with Access Bank Plc, Nigeria in various risk management and business development roles.

Olusegun holds a BSc. in Civil Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Suffolk, United Kingdom. He is a Certified Project Manager (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute, USA.
