Olanipekun Osinowo was appointed Non-Executive Director of Adino Capital Limited in February 2021. He is a member of the Audit & Risk Board Committee responsible for risk management, internal & external audit function. He is currently the Managing Director of Layipo Farms Limited.

He has over 24 years’ work experience in Finance. Prior to his appointment as a Director, he was the Principal Partner at First Immaculate Konsult. He also held the role of Chief Financial Officer of Ecobank Nigeria Limited where he headed the finance function, coordinated the strategic planning process of the Bank and implemented the budget and control.

Ola holds an MBA in Finance (Distinction) from the University of Lagos, an MSc in Economics also from the University of Lagos and a BSc. in Economics (1st Class) from Olabisi Onabajo University. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Prior to setting up 213 Capital, Ayo ran the FDHL Consulting business with a focus on consulting and training in the financial markets and risk management space. He carved a niche for himself as a critical risk management and investment adviser in the financial market and is the renown ‘go to person’ for financial market trainings.

Prior to joining FDHL where he spent 8 years, Ayo worked at Access Bank, Pensure PFA, Leadway Assurance Company, Chapel Hill Advisory Partners and Acorn Petroleum.

He has a Masters in Finance from the prestigious London Business School, with a focus on Investment and Risk Management.

Adeola’s skills and expertise are in strategy formation and implementation, commercial business analysis, marketing management and asset acquisition.

His career has spanned more  two decades with experiences at Nigerite, Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), Oando Plc and Eterna Plc since graduating from the University of Lagos as a Mechanical Engineer.

Adeola is currently the CEO of Nethergate Energy Services Limited, an indigenous multi-faceted organisation with various competences such as architectural and procurement services, he is also the CEO of Cinalt Resources Limited. These organizations represent Rigfit Offshore Limited (Aberdeen) and Macdermid Offshore Services Limited UK respectively in Nigeria. He also serves as a director in Creo Energy Services Limited and is the co-founder of all three companies.

Omololu is currently the Managing Director of First Wealthlands Limited, a construction company behind Wealthlands Green Estates. He also manages HomePro Limited and Integrity Construct Limited. In his long and reputable career, he has developed expertise in constructing and remodelling of residential and commercial buildings, project management and business development.

He has a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from the University of Ibadan and Masters in Strategic Management. He has also attended various management seminars at the Lagos Business School and IESE Barcelona, Spain.

Omololu volunteers and contributes to economic empowerment and poverty alleviation programmes.

Olabimpe has an accumulated 18 years of work experience. She started her career with Guaranty Trust Bank PLC where she worked for 9 years in various capacities including the pioneer head of one of its branches developing vast experience in leadership, business development, relationship, and people management.

Her experience working with one of Nigeria’s leading tier 1 bank has led her to gain invaluable experience in banking operations, financial advisory, credit and risk management, investment management as well as trade finance.

She joined Financial Datanet House Limited (FDHL), a financial market and risk management firm as Head, Corporates & Public Sector. She held this role for 4 years and was instrumental to the expansion into the non-financial markets and big ticket wins for the firm.

Olabimpe’s experience working across start-up through medium to large sized organizations has prepared her for the current role as Managing Director of Adino Capital Limited. In this role, she is responsible for strategy formulation and execution, relationship management, risk management and leading all people management initiatives.

Olabimpe holds a B.Sc. in Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and holds an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Certificate from the prestigious Stanford University.
